  • Most of our products are personalized based on customer inputs (photos, names, or messages).

  • Once an order is confirmed and printing begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and high-quality images during order placement.

  • Slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen display differences — these are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • Payments can be made securely through our trusted payment partners. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through reliable courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Z Prints is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video & images).

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
