Return & Refund Policy

At Z Prints, we take great pride in creating personalized products made just for you.
Each order is handled with care, printed with precision, and checked for quality before dispatch.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we’re here to help.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized (such as printed covers, photo frames, lamps, T-shirts, chuda, Pillow Covers, Cup etc.), they cannot be returned or exchanged once printed, unless the item you receive is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect (different from the ordered product)

  • Defective or misprinted

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You share unboxing video and images of the damaged/incorrect item as proof

Without proper proof or after 48 hours, we may not be able to process your claim.

3. Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact us at zprints009@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order details.

  2. Our team will verify the issue within 1–2 working days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange replacement or issue refund (as per your preference).

  4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  5. If approved a replacement will be delivered within 5-7 days.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided production hasn’t started.

  • Once printing or customization begins, no cancellation or changes are possible.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We ensure every order passes through a strict quality check.
If your product is damaged in transit, please share:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear product images
    within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you immediately.

6. Shipping Issues

If the product is delayed or lost during shipping, we’ll coordinate with the courier partner to ensure resolution or re-dispatch at no extra cost.
