We work hard to ensure your personalized gifts reach you safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Since most of our products are customized, the processing time may vary depending on design complexity or product type.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order is usually delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimated timeframes — actual delivery may vary due to courier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on most prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling charge may apply (visible at checkout).

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via SMS or email.

  • You can track your shipment directly on our courier partner’s website or through the Track Order section on our site.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries across India.

6. Delay in Delivery

While we strive for on-time delivery, sometimes delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Natural disasters or logistic delays

If your order is delayed beyond the expected date, please contact our support team — we’ll help you track it right away.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In rare cases, if your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery) with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video & photos (for damaged items)

We’ll arrange a replacement or initiate a resolution promptly.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Z Prints ships only within India.
We’ll update our customers when international shipping becomes available.
